Happy 4th of July |
July 2, 2016
Hello everyone and Happy 4th of July. Most people don't have any idea what the 4th of July really means. They just love to have an excuse to be off work and celebrate.
Independence Day of the United States, also referred to as the Fourth of July or July Fourth in the U.S., is a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, by the Continental Congress declaring that the thirteen American colonies regarded themselves as a new nation, the United States of America, and no longer part of the British Empire.
Independence Day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, family reunions, and political speeches and ceremonies, in addition to various other public and private events celebrating the history, government, and traditions of the United States.
Cancer-causing Season
Okay enough history lesson -- basically, as a Non-GMO Health and Wellness Expert, I have always looked at the 4th of July as the launch of cancer-causing season, especially for men.
June 20, 2016 was the first day of summer so many men and their families started giving barbecues and picnics and will eat tons of meat at these events. Not just at these events but during the entire summer months.
For all you MEAT-EATERS, especially HEAVY MEAT-EATERS, the month of July can bring many health issues in your life and many people are only 30 days away from some type of major health issue.
How Are You Preparing Your Meat?
Don't just look at the quality of the meat, but also the way the meat is prepared. Some men barbeque or grill their meat on their back porch or in their back yards the entire summer. This type of preparation can definitely lead to cancer.
Studies have been conducted that cooking meat at the high temperatures you use to grill, as well as broil and fry, creates compounds linked with some cancers.
Animal and laboratory studies suggest that these compounds may damage DNA and spur the development of tumors in cells of the colon, breast, prostate and lymph system.
Most Meat Contains Parasites
I use to work for U.S. Customs Service (now called Customs and Border Protection (CBP.gov)) before they went under the Department of Homeland Security in 2005.
During that time, the Department of Agriculture (www.USDA.gov) stopped inspecting a large portion of the meat that is imported into this country. So a large portion of the meat that is imported into this country is infected with parasites, which are worms.
Over 85% of people in this country have parasites and unless the worms are seen crawling under their skin, in their eyes or coming out of their anus areas, most Western doctors cannot diagnose you with having parasites.
Parasites Can Turn Into Cancer
What's unfortunate is that parasites can turn into cancer and this is another reason why cancer is the 2nd largest killer in the U.S. today.
Do you feel weak, sluggish or run-down, then there is a good chance you have parasites. Remember parasites are worms which lays eggs.
Most of the time the eggs will be carried out of your body through your fecal matter, but the host parasite can travel throughout your body causing all type of havoc because wherever it lands, it can become a breeding ground for cancer.
How Much Meat Are You Consuming?
In the U.S., at least culturally speaking, we still seem to believe that men need meat. There's just one problem with that -- The close association between masculinity and meat is literally making men sick.
How much meat you are actually consuming? If you are eating more meat than the size of a deck of cards every day, then you are consuming too much meat in your diet and it's important to eat the right type of meat.
When you eat meat, it stays in your body for 3 days turning into parasites and toxins, so the goal is to eat foods that will give you a quick transition from your body. So it's important to have 2 to 3 bowel movements every day.
Eat foods in as natural forms as possible, preferably fresh, raw, organic, wholefoods, juiced, steamed or blended, with as little meat as possible and with very little cooking because cooking depletes nutrients.
You Don't Need Meat To Get Protein
Community myths, urban legends and old wives tales would have you believe that you have to eat meat to get protein in your diet and this is just not true.
Two of the largest animals in the world, elephants and gorillas, are plant eaters so again that is just not true.
